SDSC Technology Forum Breakfast: Accelerating AI and Machine Learning Applications with NEC SX-Aurora TSUBASA AI Platform

Building on its long history of developing world-class vector supercomputer technology, NEC Corporation has released its SX-Aurora TSUBASA Vector Engine (VE) as a PCIe card for desktop towers, standard & high-density servers and supercomputer racks targeting High Bytes/Flops and efficiency or affordable supercomputing for all applications and users. Join us for breakfast and hear NEC representatives discuss the SX-Aurora technology and how it can accelerate statistical machine learning applications using Spark and Scikit and AI techniques such as Deep Learning using TensorFlow.

Deep dive into AI/ML capabilities of SX-Aurora TSUBASA covering support of Statistical Machine Learning, Deep Learning and SX-Aurora accelerated libraries for Image/Video processing and their usage.
